Huffman-Harker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and burial will be in Herrin City Cemetery. Mr. Griffiths had been a repairman for a sports equipment company. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
He was born November 24, 1916 in Herrin to Richard and Flota Mae McMillan Griffiths. Survivors include daughters, Valetta Drake of Garden Grove CA and Shirley Smith of Carbondale, a granddaughter, Ronette Cleavenger and a great-granddaughter, and a brother, J.W. Griffiths of Herrin.
