TWIN FALLS • Evelyn Patricia Yragui, 82, of Twin Falls, passed away peacefully at her home Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012.

Evelyn was born March 17, 1930, in Jerome, Idaho, to Manuel and Emeteria Elorrieta. She attended schools in Jerome and helped her mother operate a boarding house. On May 26, 1947, she married her lifelong companion, Edward Yragui. Together they raised their son, Donald, and helped raise three granddaughters. Evelyn spent many years working at "the ranch," always without complaining. She lived simple but true and was a very kind and generous person, always willing to help anyone in need. Evelyn loved animals, shopping, baking and spending time with her family and friends. She will be missed by many.

Evelyn is survived by her husband, Ed; her son, Don (Leanne) Yragui; her granddaughters, Michelle (Josh) Fletcher, Tina Yragui and Deanna (Travis) Yragui Bachert; and her great-grandchildren, Dylan Thompson, Brandon Bachert and Anna Bella Bachert. Evelyn is also survived by her brother, Richard Elorrieta and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and four sisters.
