Richard B. Lane
Richard B. Lane, 63, who moved to Omaha last September from Genoa, where he had farmed many years, died Friday at his home. Seventy-second and Jones streets. Mr Lane had been a member of the school board at Silver Creek, Neb., 28 years.
Survivors: Wife Elvina; daughters, Rosie, Gladys and Mrs Edward Bailey, all of Omaha, and Mrs Edward Zarek, Genoa; sons John, San Diego, Calif; and Martin, Sioux Falls, S.D. and a sister Mrs D.V. Durling, Prattsville, Mich.
Funeral services: Monday 1 p.m. at Heremer funeral home; burial, West Lawn cemetery.
Parents: Martin V. Lane and Rhoda Diana Sayles
