Helene H. Preperato, 72, of 14 Plymouth Ave. died at 9:05 A.M. Tuesday at Lancaster General after an illness of six months.
Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Elias S. and Ruth Fehr Beck and the wife of William A. Preperato. The couple celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary on Nov. 23.
Preperato was a homemaker and lifelong resident of Lancaster.
She was a member of the Greater Beneficial Union, Lancaster.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sisters, Alice Eckroth(sic), Lancaster: Minnie Lohr, Ronk: Frances Hogard(sic) Levittown: four brothers, Ammon Beck, Lancaster: James E. Beck, Denver: Carl Beck, Bristol: Joseph Beck, address unknown: and one nephew, Joseph R. Preperato.
