Born in Oneida on March 23, 1950, she was a daughter of Harold and Elsie Sloper Granger. A lifelong resident of the area, she was a graduate of Camden High School. She married Thomas Tucker in First United Methodist Church of Oneida, on May 28, 1994.
Audrey was employed with Diemolding Corp, for 40 years. She attended Vienna United Methodist Church and enjoyed gardening, reading, remodeling her home and was involved with golfing leagues.
Surviving besides her husband, Thomas, are two daughters and one son-in-law, Penny and Joe Genovese of Rome and Melissa Kohles of Sylvan Beach; one son and daughter-in-law, Scott L. and Vicki Weis of Verona Beach; eight sisters and five brothers-in-law, Marjorie Waggoner of Rockwall, Texas, Darlene Staelens and Debra and Anthony McCormick, all of North Bay, Catherine and Preston Piper of Falling Waters, W.V., Sharon and Loren Rinehard of Oneida, Charlotte Happle of Camden, Sylvia and Nathan Smith of Gouverneur and Susan and Lee Garrett of Harrisville; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Marvin and Sherry Granger of North Bay, Roger and Valarie Granger and Fred and Brenda Granger, all of Oneida; and one brother-in-law, Wayne Belyea of Bristol, Conn.; five grandchildren, Devin Kohles, Nicholas, Kylee, and Christopher Genovese, and Cody and Ashlee Weis and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Arthur Granger in 1996 and a sister, Alice Belyea in 2009.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday from the Campbell-Dean Funeral Home, Inc., 260 Main St., Oneida with the Rev. Marsha Madore, officiating. Interment will be made in North Bay Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home, 3-7 p.m., Monday. Contributions, in her memory, may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care, 4277 Middle Settlement Road, New Hartford, N.Y. 13413.
