The sad, though not unexpected news of the death of Mrs. Dr. Gillis, has occasioned wide-spread regret and sympathy for the sorrowing husband in his sore bereavement. The funeral service will be conducted at 10 o'clock at the family residence by the Masons, after which the body will be sent to Los Angeles for interment in Rosedale Cemetery.
