From the Land Records of Berne, Albany, NY, Ichabod Jr. in 1837 was leasing Grid 373, Lot 373 with Peter Dubois. Previous owner was Ichabod Crippen Sr. Address was Rapp Road, Huntersland, NY. A remark was added that since the elder Ichabod died in 1828, this information referred to Ichabod Jr.
