HARVEY JAMES ROEDER of Earle died Saturday at the Regional Medical Center in Memphis. Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. today at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Earle Baptist Church with burial following in Crittenden Memorial Park. Mr. Roeder, 70, owner of Roeder Construction Co., was a member of Earle Baptist Church and the Earle Fire Department and was the widower of Shirley Katherine Roeder. He leaves one daughter, Ramona Williams of Broken Arrow, Okla.; three sons, Jim Roeder of Earle, Ric Roeder of Forrest City and Robin Roeder of West Memphis; two sisters, Edna Leaptrot of Jacksonville and Juanita Martish of Mt. Home; two brothers, Floyd Roeder of Little Rock and Bobby Roeder of Earle; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The family requests that memorials be sent to Earle Baptist Church or Harwood Center School, 711 Jefferson Ave., Memphis, Tenn. 38105
