A lifelong Erie resident, he was a graduate of East High School and had served with the U. S. Air Force during WW II. Frank retired from Erie's General Electric as a Machine Operator after working there for 42 years. He was a former member of the GE Quarter Century Club and the CYS Club and was a member of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Nativity.
Frank was preceded in death by a brother Alfred Panameroff and four sisters; Martha Zolikoff, Alice Muroff, Catherine DiCarlo and Mary Daniels.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Anastazya (Nellie) Barto Panameroff, son Glen Panameroff of Erie, a sister Florence Efimoff of Erie, and a grandson Dustin Panameroff.
Burial in St. John the Divine Cemetery.
