Age 85, daughter of the late Paul and Luceria Federoff Barto. Prior to retirement, she had worked at a number of doctor's offices in an administrative capacity. Nellie was a member of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Nativity and served on its Ladies Auxiliary.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Frank Panameroff, five brothers, Phillip, Steve, Sergie, Fred and John Barto and two sisters; Reepa Fuller and Pauline Guiddy.

She is survived by a son Glen Panameroff and his companion Ellise Peake of Erie; a brother David "Duffy" Barto of Slovan, Pa. and two sisters; Anne Kempa of Pittsburgh and Vera Bumbera of Daytona Beach, FL; a grandson; along with many nieces and nephews.
