Daughter of Albert Henry Slack and Mary Belle (Aylsworth) Slack.

Wife of Oszro "Bud" Wilcut and had 2 children, Delores and Ronald.

Wife of Wesley Browning and had 1 son Garry.  Dorothy & Wesley were married on Nov. 27, 1944, in Vancouver, Wash.

She was a homemaker and had been a volunteer at the ARC Resale Center in Philomath for 22 years. She won numerous awards for her embroidery and crochet work. She was a member of Mary's River Grange in Philomath. She was awarded the Martha Mumford Volunteer of the Year award by the Arc of Benton County in 1999 and was a Retired Senior Volunteer Program of Benton County's Volunteer of the Year in 2000.

Survivors include a daughter, Delores (Wilcut) Ritchie of Stayton; two sons, Ronald Wilcut of Waldport and Garry Browning of Lebanon; a brother, Addison Slack of South Beach; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grand-children; and one great-great-grandchild.

Dorothy died of a heart attack.

Burial at Rest Lawn Memorial Park in Junction City, Oregon. Murphy-Musgrove Funeral Home in Junction City was in charge of arrangements.
