Irving Tressler was the author of the NY Times bestseller "How to Lose Friends and Alienate People," a lampoon of Dale Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People. Tressler also wrote "The Tressler Quiz," "Horse and Buggy Daze," and "Readers Digest Very Little." Tressler was also a frequent contributor to Life and Scribner's Magazines in the 1930's.
