1940 Census shows Angelo & wife Louise in Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota at 4509 41st Ave South, with their two children Roger, age 5 and Robert, age 4. Angelo was a Park Keeper, and naturalized from Italy.

By 1946, the family had moved to Compton, CA, and then by 1951 to Long Beach.
