Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Cloyd 46, wife of Rex Cloyd, 338 North McPherson street died suddenly at the home Friday at 1:45 pm.
Daughter of James and Clara Phillips Clark, she was born in Monroe county Iowa June 14, 1901 and had lived in Ottumwa practically her entire life.
Surviving are her husband, and six children, Mrs. Rosemary Fiscella, Rutledge; Benjamin Hartley who lives in California, James Hartley of Ottumwa, and Betty, Clara, and Robert Hartley. Her mother Mrs. Clara Harlan Ottumwa; one sister Mrs. Elma (Elmo) Collett, Ottumwa , and one brother Harry Clark of Ottumwa.
She was preceded in death by one son; Charles; her father, and one sister.
Funeral services will be held 2pm Friday at Johnson Funeral Chapel in charge of A.O. Smith. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery.
