Miss Edice E. Ball
Miss Edice E. Ball, 69, a residence of this town for over 25 years, died suddenly Wednesday morning at her home on Garfield street. She had been in poor health for some time, but was able to attend the Lawer theatre Tuesday evening. Death was due to hearth trouble. Miss Ball was a native of Deerfield and the daughter of Albert G. and Harriet (Moore) Ball. For many years she followed the profession of a nurse. She is survived by a brother Charles P. Ball of Stanford, Ct., and two sisters, Mrs. Fannie E. Turner, who lived with her, and Mrs. H. P. Baker of Amherst. The funeral was held at her late home yesterday afternoon and burial was in Green River cemetery.
