Mrs. Harriet A. Ball, 77, widow of Albert G. Ball, died at her home on Garfield street Sunday after a long illness. The funeral was held at the house Wednesday afternoon, Mrs. Sarah Byrnes of Dorchester officiating, and Mrs. Charles H. Solocomb sang. The burial was in Green River cemetery. Mrs. Ball leaves a son C. P. Ball of Stanford, Ct., three daughters, Miss Edice G. Ball and Mrs. Fannie E. Tucker of Greenfield, and Mrs. H. P. baker of Amherst, also a half-brother, Louis Converse of Medina, Mich.
