She was born Nov. 25, 1918 to the late James and Mary Pinkston. Tonie was a homemaker, mother and grandmother, and her biggest joy in life was the home she and her late husband, Bill built together and shared for 58 of their 64 years of marriage. She took great pride in her family and home and the joy of making her yard a beautiful showplace for everyone to admire and enjoy.
She is survived by daughter, Juanita Hollis-Emerick (Larry); sons, Russell (Judy) Booth, Phillip (Marilyn) Booth; sister-in-law, June Hill; brother-in-law, Richard (Marie) Booth; 24 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren. Tonie was preceded in death by her husband, William R. and daughter, Loretta Mayfield.
