80, Tipton, IN, formerly of Sheridan, IN, died December 1, 2011. He was born February 1, 1931 in Clarksville, In to Albert and Freida (Brattain) Isenhower. Mr. Isenhower was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, serving during the Korean War. He retired from Sears after more than 30 years in the Automotive Department.
He attended Cicero High School and was a member of Noblesville VFW.
Memorial contributions may be made to Sheridan Fire Department.
Services will be at 7 p.m. Monday, December 5, 2011 in Kercheval Funeral Home , Sheridan, IN, with visitation there from 4 to 7 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 6 in Gross Cemetery, Whitehall, IN.
He was preceded in death by wife, Betty Lou (Kingery) Isenhower; son, Curtis Isenhower; brothers, George and John Isenhower; sisters, Freida Lair, Mary Diehl; grandson, Jeremy Lintz; great-grandson, Anthony Woods, Jr.
Survivors include sons, Chris (Ronda) Isenhower of Tipton, Craig (Joanie) Isenhower of Sheridan; daughters, Lesley (Jerry) Lintz of Bedford, Nina Wallace of Dallas, Texas; brother, Harold (Donna) Isenhower of Arcadia; sister, Roselyn Hiatt of Alexandria; 10 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
