Funeral services for Aaron Honey, 35, of Zavalla, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 13, 2012 in the Broaddus Pentecostal Church with Rev. Mark Green and David Collins officiating. Interment will follow in the Remlig Cemetery in Brookland.

Aaron was born November 20, 1976 in Channelview to Evelyn Ann (Wise) and Jim Honey and passed on September 8, 2012 in Lufkin.

Aaron was a member of the Broaddus Pentecostal Church and was employed as a roughneck with Latshaw Drilling Company. He loved hunting, fishing and going to church.

He is survived by his wife, Amy Honey; daughters, Danielle and Brianna; sons, Justin and Mason, all of Zavalla; parents, Jim and Evelyn Honey of Dayton; brother and sister-in-law, James and Amy Honey of Hawaii; brother, Micheal Honey of Houston; niece, Ariel Pagan of Dayton; nephew, Blake Pagan of Arkansas; great-niece, Karizma Renfro of Dayton; other relatives; and a host of friends.

Aaron was preceded in death by his sister, Nina Pagan and a great-nephew, Zayne Johnson.

Casketbearers will be James Honey, Richard Johnson, Stephen Collins, Edward 'Boo' McCarty, Justin Moody, Blake Pagan.

The family will receive loved ones and friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday in the Broaddus Pentecostal Church.
