Miss Effie Tomblin

Funeral arrangements for Miss Effie Tomblin, 59, who died at her home 427 11th NW, Monday at 10 a.m. are incomplete. The Rev. J.L. Wideman will conduct the service and interment will be made by Gene Roden & Sons Funeral Home at Mount Vernon Cemetery.

Miss Tomblin who would have been 60 years old January 29 was born in Paris, daughter of Dock and Alice Tool Tomblin.

She was a member of the Baptist church. One sister, Mrs Joe Ausmus of Paris survives

The funeral of Miss Effie Tomblin, nearly 60, of 427 11th NW was set for Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at Mount Vernon Church in Maxey, the Rev. J.L Wideman, Baptist minister officiating. Gene Roden & Sons had charge of burial at Mount Vernon Cemetery,

Pallbearers being Dewey Ausmus, Johnny Ausmus, Jesse Fox, Will Copeland, John Hedgepeth, and Leonard Beard.

Miss Tomblin native of Lamar County, died at home here Tuesday morning. She was a sister of Mrs. Joe Ausmus.
