POWELL, Wyo. - Jessie M. Krei worked at Powell Nursing Home as a nurse's aide for over 21 years. Mrs. Krei, 49, died Thrusday afternoon in Powell Hospital as the result of a car accident northeast of Powell. Born in Centerville, Iowa, a daughter of William and Rosie Denniston, the family moved to Parnell, Mo., and later to Manderson. She attended Basin and Manderson schools. She married J.C. McNew; they were divorced. On Nov. 20, 1982, she married Charles L. Krei in Worland; he died in 1985. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Dale (Cindy) Holdsworth of Powell; a son, Dennis McNew of St. Louis, Mo.; her father of Carson City, Nev.; three brothers, Lee Denniston of Powell Ron Denniston of Greybull and Richard of Port Orchard, Wash.; three sisters, Mrs. Maxine Myer of Carson City, Nev., and Mrs. Ruby Nelson and Mrs. Charlotte Hall both of Worland; two stepsons, Earle E. Krei and Otis E. Krei, both of Byron, Wyo. ; and three grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in First United Methodist Church in Powell with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery in Powell Easton Funeral Home is in charge.
