CARLISLE -- Mabel V. Cornman, 97, of Chapel Pointe, formerly of Factory Street, died Sunday in the nursing home.
She formerly worked at area crystal plants and was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a son, Wilmer R. Jr. of Augusta, Ga.; three daughters, Evelyn M. Rickert of Carlisle, Esther M. Samuels of Sun City, Ariz., and Betty J. Marston of Bloserville; a sister, Ruth Shugart of Carlisle; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home. Burial will be in North Middleton Church of God Cemetery.
