George W. Eppley, of 228 South West Street, died suddenly at 4:30 o'clock this morning at his home of a heart attack.
Mr. Eppley, who was 55 years old, was stricken ill on Sunday night at is home. He was a member of Second Presbyterian Church and was employed in the State Department of Revenue, Harrisburg. He was the son of the late James and Bertha Moore Eppley, South Middleton Township.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Agnes Searight Eppley; three sons, George S., Coatesville; J. Donald Eppley, owner of the Guth Studio, West High Street, and R. Woodburn Eppley, Carlisle; a brother, Robert M. Eppley, Carlisle, R.D. 1; a sister, Mrs. Joseph Z. Fox, Mechanicsburg, and three grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10:30 o'clock Friday morning at the J.R. Shulenberger Funeral Home. Friends may call Thursday night at the funeral home.
