MARGARET MAGDALENE PATE, 93, of Louisville, died Sunday at Norton Audubon Hospital. Born in Leitchfield, KY, to the late John and Mary Conder Milliner, she was a contributing member of the Lady's Altar Society, St. Helen's Altar Society and St. Joseph Catholic Orphan Society. She was a dedicated spouse to the late John R. Pate and beloved mother of the late Lois C. Pate. She is survived by her two sons, Robert L. Pate Sr. of Louisville and Harold T. Pate of Perrysburgh, OH; three brothers, Robert A. of Logansville, GA, and Charles E. and James D. Milliner, both of Louisville; one sister, Doris Jean Ritzo of Hamilton, NJ; two grandchildren, Robert L. Jr. and J. Christopher Pate; and three great-grand-children, Ethan, Isabella and Michaela Pate. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Helen Catholic Church, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West. Visitation hours will be from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph's Orphan Society or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
