Mr. Conn was a native of Muncie and an 11-year employee of Chevrolet-Muncie. Prior to his retirement he was an employee of Litton Products, Kendallville. He and his family returned to Delaware County in 1978.
Survivors include his wife, Vaneta; one son, Phillip Conn, Muncie; two brothers, Paul Conn, Muncie, and Clifford Conn, Fort Wayne; one sister, Mrs. Helen Quirk, Muncie; five grandchilren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Parson Mortuary Chapel in Muncie. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary form 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today or prior to services Saturday.
