HICKMAN, Ky.--Polly Toombs, 75, of Hickman died at 2:30 p.m. Friday July 19 2002,at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City, Tenn.
She was a member of East Baptist Church in Hickman.
Mrs. Toombs is survived by one son, Larry Toombs of Water Valley; one daughter, Carolyn Dehart of Troy, Tenn.; two brothers, Pete Archie of Hickman and Walter Archie of Springfield, Mo.; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Eric Toombs, four brothers and two sisters. Her parents were Walter and Vera Jackson Archie.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Strong Funeral Home in Hickman. The Revs. Ben Stratton and Henry Callison will officiate. Burial will be in Hickman City Cemetery.
