Ralph S. Shuey, 75, of RD Tower City, died Friday morning at his home.


Mr. Shuey, born in Tower City, was the son of the late Ananias and Frances Kessler Shuey. He was a retired miner. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the American Legion Post, Tower City; the Tower City and Orwin Fire Company and the Eagles of Sunbury.


Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Annie Hoffman, Tucson, Ariz.; Mrs. Dora Klein, Elizabethtown; three brothers, Grant, Middletown; Lloyd, Harrisburg; Arthur, New Cumberland.


Funeral services will be held Monday morning from the Stewart Dreisigacker Funeral Home, Tower City, with the Rev. Elmer C. Clouser, pastor of the United Methodist Parish, officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
