Antoinette was born June 30, 1914 in Milltown, New Jersey to Carmelo and Giovanna Rossi. She was reared in the Bay Area and moved to Chico in 1947.
During World War II she was employed as a welder in the shipyards in Alameda. After moving to Chico Antoinette worked at Victors, Wrex Products, some local lumber companies and 20 years with the Canneries Workers Local.
Survivors include 4 sons, John Rossi, Dion Prouty, William Prouty,and Joseph Robert Blow. A daughter Willie Heyl all of Chico.
Four brothers, Santo Rossi of Glen Ellen, Andrew Rossi of Chico, Joe Rossi of Watsonville and John Rossi of Marysville. Nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Her brother James Rossi preceded her death in May 1986.
Burial was at Glen Oaks Memorial Park and Brusie Funeral Home handled the arrangements
