Joseph was born in Chico, Ca. September 25, 1949 at Enloe Hospital. He was reared in Chico and went through Chico schools. Joseph work out of the Laborer's Union for about 30 years and had to retire because of carpal tunnel. He then started his own business in maintenance and handy man work until the day he died. Joseph had many friends and never turned a needy person away and he would go out of his way to help someone. Joseph is survived by his daughter Veronica Carmel of Chico, Ca. A son Travis Blow of Gerber, Ca. Four grandsons Elijah and Kameron of Gerber, Ca. and Alex and Nicholas of Red Bluff, Ca. A grand daughter Alysa of Ely, Nevada. Two brothers, Dan Prouty of Corning, Ca. and John Rossi of Reno, Nevada.
