LEOPOLD W. ALBERT
Leopold W. Albert, 47, a native of San Luis Obispo, died suddenly Friday in San Jose while on a visit.
Mr. Albert was born Sept. 1, 1917, in San Luis Obispo and had lived here throughout his life. His grandparents were pioneer settlers in the San Simeon area. His father, the late Leopold Albert, operated a bottling works on Osos Street in San Luis Obispo.
Mr. Albert is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Isabel Finn of Visalia and Irene Albert of San Jose; a brother, Randolph Albert of San Jose; an aunt, Mrs. Irma Jacobs of Watsonville, and two nephews.
A rosary will be recited Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Sutcliffe Mortuary. A requiem mass will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Old Mission Church. Burial will follow in the family plot in the Catholic cemetery.
