Anna Faye Allman, 65 years of age, of Indianapolis, Indiana, formerly of Somerset, Kentucky, departed this life and entered into eternal peace on Thursday, August 23rd, 2012.

She was born on October 6th, 1946 in Somerset, Kentucky, daughter of the late Arch and Bertha Eaton Weddle. Anna was a hard worker. She liked going to the beach, most of all she loved raising her children and spending time with them and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was survived by her children, Machalla (and Donald) Davenport of Indianapolis, Indiana, Sherry Helton of Indianapolis, Indiana, Elizabeth Cook of Orlando, Florida, John Stevens of Indianapolis, Indiana, Ramona Winburn of Indianapolis, Indiana, Randall Allman of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Jacob Allman of Indianapolis, Indiana; two sisters, Mary (and Larry) Spears of Shelbyville, Indiana and Helen Phelps of Indianapolis, Indiana; sixteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends who mourn her passing.

Anna was preceded in death by her parents, Arch Weddle and Bertha Weddle; two sisters, Shirley Bell and Norma Houston; and one brother, Lloyd Dyer.

Visitations were held on Monday, August 27th, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Somerset Undertaking Company in Somerset, Kentucky.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, August 28th, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Somerset Undertaking Company.

Interment followed in the Dyer Cemetery in Dahl, Kentucky.

THIS IS A TRIBUTE IN MEMORY OF ANNA,

If you could see me now you wouldn't shed a tear, Though you may not understand why I'm no longer there. Remember my spirit, that is the real me because I'm still very much alive, I've just been set free. Oh, if you could only see!

I have held our Father's face and I've touched my Savior's hand. All of Heaven's angels rejoiced as I entered the promised land. Beyond the gates of pearl I've walked on the golden streets.

I've touched the walls of jasper and dipped my foot in the crystal sea. The beauty is beyond words and nothing could compare, I've even seen our Lords mansion and someday I'll meet you there. Let Jesus be your guide because "His Word" will show you the way. So please don't cry because we will meet again someday.
