4 Dec 1959 - Funeral services for Stean Nett, age 62, who died at a Shreveport hospital, Nov. 27 were conducted at St. John's Catholic Church at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 28 with Rev. Father M. R. Gremillion officiating. Interment was in church cemetery under the direction of Warren Funeral home.
Pallbearers were J. B. Vandegaer, J. R. Basco, E. M. Patrick, R. E. Patrick, Elden Dees and Paul Roberson.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Stean Nett of Many; son, David of Many; daughters, Mrs. Marvin Adams of Many; Mrs. Bobby H. Adamsof Germany; brothers, George of Sour Lake, Texas, Levi of Needville, Texas, Odis and Abbie of Many, Teddy of Shreveport; sisters, Mrs. Grover DuBose of Many, Mrs. Ora Lee Livingston of Alexandria and five grandchildren.
