4-77* Jefferson, (1808 - 1860-70), m. Frances Wood

Susannah and George's first 2 children were born in Springhill Township in Fayette County. Did she write back to Maryland and convince her father to move west? However, by 1801 Susannah and George had moved on to Muhlenberg County in western Kentucky. John, Benjamin and Rebecca were married in Kentucky in 1819 and 1821, but Mathew, Susannah and Jefferson were married in Edgar County, Illinois in 1830 and 1831. They had moved there about 1828. By 1842 George and Mathew were in Sullivan County, Missouri where George died in 1845. Susannah was reported in the 1840 census of Edgar County, Illinois so perhaps she died before George went to Missouri.

George was the son of John Hunsaker and Magdalena Beery of York and Fayette Counties, Pennsylvania. He was the grandson of Hartman and Anna Hunsaker who arrived in the colonies in 1731.

Rebecca married John Imbler about 1821 and moved to Edgar County, Illinois with the family. No children are known.
