Mr. France was an Army veteran of World War II and a retired Pennsylvania Air National Guard, master sargeant with 37 years service. He was also a member of American Legion Post 974, Fairview Township and V.F.W. Post 7415, New Cumberland.
Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Gilbert W. Parthemore Funeral Home Inc., New Cumberland, where a services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m., with his pastor, Dr. Robert L. Close, officiating.
Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Lower Paxton Township.
