He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Julia Blanche Gregg Frank; three sons, Eugene H. Grank, Alexandria, Donald D. Frank, Midkiff, Texas, and Raymond C. Frank, Orlando, Fla.; a daughter, Mrs. L.V. Kunkel, Tulsa, Okla.; two brothers, Howard Frank and Elgus Frank, both of Vernonia, Ore.; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Babb, Palouse, Wash., and Mrs. Lucy Clark, Bellingham, Wash.; and one grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of the John Kramer & Son Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
