Alvin S. Belka, of Salt Lake City, Utah passed away April 4, 2002.

Alvin was born Oct 11, 1924 to William Valentine Belka and Esther Ruth Schoenfeld Belka. He was married to LaVon Kendrick Oct 5, 1944 in Granger, UT.

Alvin is survived by his wife, LaVon and his children, Wayne (Diana) Belka, Linda Collins, Larey Belka, Brent (Janis) Belka, Janeen (Kevin) Dellinger, Kevin (Tracy) Belka; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; two brothers, Howard Belka, AK, Dale Belka, West Valley; and two sisters, Ruth Wadsworth, Dorothy Sherwin, both residing in Bountiful. Preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, and one granddaughter.

Services will be Thurs. April 11, 2002, 11 a.m., Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 S. Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, UT. Friends may call Wed. April 10, 6-8 p.m., Redwood Memorial Estates, and one hour prior to services. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Huntsman Cancer Institute.
