Earl C Todd 50, of 302 N. Washington St., died unexpectedly this morning Jan 26, 1951 while working at the gasoline station his brother, former Mayor Arthur C Tedd, operates at 400 N, James St.
Coroner Thomas A Cox, who investigated, said death was due to heart attack.
Born in Rome Oct 18, 1900, he was a son of Mrs Mary E Tedd, with whom he resided, and the late John W Tedd. He had been a life resident of the city.
He was a member of Rome Lodge, Loyal Order of Moose.
His mother and brother are the only survivors.
