Mrs. Barbara DeClark, aged 63 years, died at her home in Center township, Monday. The funeral was held on Wednesday, August 16.

Mrs. Charles DeClerk of Center township, died Monday after an illness of about one week at the age of about 65 years. Summer complaint and old age was the cause of her death. The funeral was held at St. Francis church, Center, Rev. Father Lutz conducting the funeral services at 10 o'clock a.m. Wednesday. The DeClerks have been residents of Center township for about six years and are among our most highly respected citizens. The relatives of deceased have the heartfelt sympathy of their many friends.

A. DeClerk of Moline, Ill., accompanied by his wife and sister, Mrs. Sylvia Stephens, arrived last Saturday in response to the serious illness of their mother, Mrs. Chas. DeClerk of Center.
