Helen was a prize winning quilter, crafter, stained glass designer, and artist. She loved dancing, fishing, hunting, swimming, and golfing in her younger years. She was an avid shell hunter, loved nature, and cherished her butterfly garden and the many species of butterflies and hummingbirds it attracted. Helen was a wonderfully caring daughter, wife, mom, grandmother, and friend.
Survivors include one son, David; and three daughters, Ann, Julie, and Jill; eight grandchildren, Steven, Nathan, Casey, Tristan, Ross, Trina, Eric, and Ian; and 3 great grandchildren (with another on the way).
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Steven in 2005, her grandson Michael P. Hankes in 2008, and her brother John D. Beule in 2011.
A visitation will take place Tuesday August 21, 2012 at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens, 1750 Curlew Rd., Palm Harbor, FL from 3:00-4:00pm with a service to follow at 4pm. Officiating at the service will be Father Ted Costello. Entombment to follow service at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Suncoast Hospice for Brookside Hospice. Curlew Hills FH
