She had been employed as an operator in the Towel Room at Brown Company. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, and quilting. She was a member of the White Mountain Post 2520 VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She had been a member of St. Kieran Church, now known as Good Shepherd Parish.
Members of the family include her son Dennis Johnson and daughter-in-law Jeanne of North Conway; daughter Debra Delozier and son-in-law Dean of Valley Center CA; 8 grand-children; 7 great-grandchildren; brothers William Lamontagne of Berlin and Leo Lamontagne of Pompano Beach FL; and nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband Vernon, who died on August 10, 1985; and siblings Alice King, Alphonse Lamontagne, Lucien Lamontagne, and Albert Lamontagne.
