Mrs. Valeria Premo, 87, a former St. Anna resident, died Sunday at Sage Nursing home in Milwaukee, where she lived for 20 years.
She was born January 15, 1898, in St. Anna, the daughter of the late John and Anna Smith Cain. She attended St. Ann Catholic School and Kiel High School.
Her marriage to Russell Premo took place July 10, 1927, in San Francisco. They lived in Los Angeles after their marriage.
Surviving is a son Edward Harkins of Portage.
Graveside funeral services were held Wednesday morning at St. Ann Parish cemetery in St. Anna. The Rev Jim Bretl, pastor, officiated.
