Mrs. Emma Acker, widow of David R. Acker, Newport R. D., died Friday night at her home in Buck's Valley at the age of 77 years.
She is survived by three sons, Edgar C. Acker, at home; Millard R. Acker, Harrisburg, and George M. Acker, Lancaster.
Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon, conducted by Rev. C. W. Gladfelter, pastor of the Church of New Jerusalem, of which she was a member, and burial was in Newport cemetery.
