Mrs. Elizabeth Chriscaden died at her home on Mechanic street at 1 a.m., Monday, April 14th. The funeral was held at the house Wednesday afternoon, conducted by Rev. Alty, with burial at Italy Hill. Mrs. Chriscaden was 74 years of age, the widow of Hugh Chriscaden and leaves one step-son, John Chriscaden and a sister who lives in Penn Yan. She had been in poor health for a long time.
