MRS. J. P. COLEMAN
Mrs. J. Pierce Coleman, aged 68,
died suddenly Monday at her home
in Bowerstown.
Mrs. Coleman was born August 2,
1885, in the Town of Roseboom, the
daughter of Sanders and Alice
(Wilson) Judson. She was married
to J. Pierce Coleman in October 1908
at the Universalist Parsonage in
Cooperstown. She had lived her
entire married life in this area.
She is survived by her husband,
and five cousins, Mrs. Ethel Hardy,
of Roseboom; Mrs. Frank More, of
llion; Stacy Wilson, of Middlefield;
Andrew Wilson, of Bowerstown;
and Wilber Wilson, of Los Angeles,
Calif.
Funeral services were held at
2 p. m. Wednesday at the Tillapaugh
Funeral Home with the Rev. Theodore
J. Stone, pastor of the Methodist
church, officiating. Burial was
in Hartwick Seminary Cemetery.
