Mrs. Judson was born October 8, 1848 in Springfield, the daughter of John Foster and Betsey (Cooper) Foster. She was united in marriage with David H. Judson, December 24, 1868. Four children were born of this union, the death of the eldest son, Harry occurring August 18, 1905.
