Joel Jackson, 69, of Marietta, passed away May 8, 2012. Funeral Services were held in the Chapel of Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home, Marietta, with Rev. Greg Powell officiating. Interment followed at Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Jackson retired from Lockheed. He is survived by his wife RoxAnne Jackson of Marietta; sons Scott Jackson and wife Terri of Acworth and Jeffrey Jackson and wife Arianna of Marietta; his father Dewey Jackson and wife Hazel of Marietta; sisters Janeice Long of Cartersville, Joyce Denard and husband Melvyn of Marietta and Jo Lynne O'Reilly and husband Vin of Alpharetta; grandchildren Katrina, Tyler, Hannah, and Zachary Jackson; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
