DR. CLAUDE E. QUINN FORMERLY OF CUTLER DIES AT TERRE HAUTE
Well Known Physician Had Also Practiced Medicine at Denver, Burlington and Kokomo
Cutler, January 3--Dr. Claude E. Quinn, 50, former local man, died Friday afternoon at his home in Terre Haute, Indiana. He had been seriously ill for seven weeks.
After completing his medical course at Indiana University in 1905, he practiced medicine at Denver, Burlington and Kokomo. Dr. Quinn served in the U.S. Army during the World War and then established his office in Terre Haute.
During 1930 he was president of the Kiwanis Club at Terre Haute. He was active in the Presbyterian Church and was a thirty-three degree Mason.
Surviving him is the widow, Sarah Glenn Quinn; four brothers: Dallas, Orth, Blanchard and Everie, all of Cutler; and two sisters: Mrs. Audrey Bonebroke of Cutler and Mrs. I.W. Cripe of Williamsport.
Short funeral services are to be held at Terre Haute Sunday afternoon following which the body is to be removed to the home of Mrs. William Bordner, sister of Mrs. Quinn, here, where services are to be held Monday afternoon. Burial is to be made in the Ball Hill Cemetery.
