BLAYLOCK, TOMMY T., born June 27, 1936 in Dallas, passed away September 20, 2004 in Forney. Tommy is survived by his wife, Kimiko, children James Allen Blaylock of Garland and Deborah Susan Burnham and husband James also of Garland. Son from a previous marriage, Tommy Blaylock, Jr., step-son, Alec Davison and wife Luella of California; Brothers Jack Blaylock and wife Claudia of Mabank and Lloyd Blaylock and wife Frances of Mesquite as well as a sister, Pearl Nash and husband Coy of Hot Springs, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Tommy retired from the US Army in 1985 with 28 years of dedicated service. He was also a Past Master of the Brooklyn Masonic Lodge in Forney. Funeral services will be Friday at 10:00 AM. at the Anderson-Clayton Funeral Home Chapel in Mesquite with a 3:00 PM graveside services at Turner Cemetery in Mineola. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
