The death of Mrs. Herbert Marvel occurred at her home in Stamford, Connecticut on Monday, April 26th. Ella May Jones was born in Waterville thirty-four years ago. She attended the local high school, later the high school at Stamford, Conn. Fourteen years ago she married Herbert Marvel and they have since made their home at Stamford, Conn.

Mrs. Marvel spent part of the summer each year in Waterville with her grandfather, aunts and uncles. She will be greatly missed by her friends. The deceased was of a cheerful disposition and was a pleasant companion at all times. We deeply sympathize with the husband. She also leaves to mourn her loss her mother and a half-sister, Gladys Beck.
