Mary Socorro Adams, 78, of Port Arthur died July 8, 2001 at her residence.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Guadallupe Catholic Church in Port Arthur with burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Visitaion will begin at 8 a.m. Tuesday with a rosary to be recited at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
A native of Beaumont, she lived in Port Arthur most of her life and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her daughters, Amanda Loflin of Nederland, Rose Marie LeBlanc of Orange, Gloria Jacobs of Little Cypress and Linda Garcia of Groves; sons, Domingo Adams Jr. of Winnie, Lucian Adams of Port Arthur, Robert Adams of Groves, Rudy Adams of Nederland and George Adams of Port Arthur; brothers, Joe Escamillia of Vidor and Carlos Escamilla of Beaumont; 27 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren."
